Every second Tuesday, Russ Harris, will run webinars on hot topics in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Just like his live workshops and online courses, these webinars will be choc-a-block full of practical tips, useful strategies, and experiential exercises, to help both you and your clients.
About Your Presenter
Russ Harris, Medical Practitioner, Psychotherapist, Executive Coach, and author of the best-selling self-help book ‘The Happiness Trap‘, is an internationally-renowned trainer of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Russ’s background is in medicine. As a GP he became increasingly interested in the psychological aspects of health and wellbeing, and increasingly disenchanted with writing prescriptions. Ultimately this interest led to a total career change, and he now works in two different, yet complementary roles: both as a therapist and as a coach.
Starting from Tuesday 28 April, these webinars will run from 6.30pm to 9pm (AEST).
