This wellness program supports women to get back on track after the completion of treatment.

The program is facilitated by Health Professionals experienced in cancer care, who will support participants to establish and maintain positive lifestyle habits that focus on regaining health and wellbeing. The upcoming program will be delivered online over a 12-week period and consist of eight sessions.

Topics will include:

  • nutrition and healthy eating
  • exercise and keeping active
  • sleep and managing fatigue
  • hormonal changes and pelvic health
  • maintaining a healthy lifestyle
