Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from healthcare professionals in the region for the below events. Events that receive adequate interest will be considered in future.

CPR training
NQPHN invites EOIs from clinical and non-clinical staff working in ACCHOs, AMSs, general practices, and pharmacies in the northern Queensland region to access funded CPR training.
This course is delivered in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines.

NQPHN is seeking EOI from healthcare professionals in the northern Queensland region to assess the need for dementia-related training and education.
Delivered by Dementia Training Australia, these training courses provide high-quality education, skills, and tools to support and upskill healthcare professionals in caring for people living with dementia. Learn more.
HR in Health online courses
Practice staff working in Aboriginal Medical Services (AMSs), Aboriginal Community Controlled
Health Organisations (ACCHOs), or general practices are invited to register their interest in
completing selected HR in Health online courses.

Culturally Responsive Care: Supporting Australian South Sea Islander patients in general practice
NQPHN invites general practitioners (GPs) and clinical and non-clinical primary care workers with Australian South Sea Islander (ASSI) patients to participate in cultural awareness training. Learn more.
Virtual Integrated Practice (VIP) program
Northern Queensland Primary Health Network invites expressions of interest from rural and remote Aboriginal Medical Services (AMSs) and general practices in Modified Monash Model (MMM) 4-7 locations across the NQPHN region to participate in the Virtual Integrated Practice (VIP) program.
The VIP program aims to strengthen the general practitioner (GP) workforce and enhance long-term sustainability for practices in MMM 4–7 areas.
