2024 Advance Care Planning Week Virtual Forum

Health professionals in Queensland are invited to register for the 2024 ACP Week Virtual Forum, to be held from Monday 18 – Thursday 21 March 2024.

Held as convenient lunchbox education sessions from 12:00pm to 1:00pm each day, this is an opportunity to hear first-hand from expert speakers sharing ACP updates and initiatives to assist ACP knowledge and practice. 

Topics include:

• ACP for First Nations peoples
• Supporting decision-making and ACP for diverse older adults in the community
• ACP in the LGBTIQ+ community
• ACP from a multicultural perspective
• And more….

All sessions will be streamed via Microsoft Teams.
