Townsville Medicare Urgent Care Clinic GP Forum

Eastbrooke Medical Centre would like to invite all GPs within the Townsville area to an online forum, facilitated by Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN). Please note this is being rescheduled following the cancellation of the forum in January 2024 due to Tropical Cyclone Kirrily.

Opened on Monday 18 December 2023, the aim of the clinic is to help reduce the pressures being experienced by the Townsville University Hospital emergency department for urgent, but non-life-threatening care.

Eastbrooke Medical Centre and NQPHN will be providing the opportunity for GPs in Townsville to attend the online forum to ask questions relating to the roll-out of the clinic.
