Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated Community Mental Health Practitioner for a permanent, part time (36 hours per week) opportunity to work alongside a caring team on a 24/7 rotating roster in the Mackay area.
You will provide intensive person-centred, recovery-oriented supports to clients to achieve their wellbeing goals, build capacity and daily living skills, strengthen social connections, enhance community networks, and grow confidence to live independently in the community.
