Connecting2u - A free text messaging program for parents and carers 0-5 years

The Centre for Children’s Health and Wellbeing and Better Health North Queensland invite you to attend a lunch-time session to hear about the Connecting2u program.

Connecting2u (C2u) is a free health program supporting Queensland parents and carers for the first five years of a child’s life. Participants receive culturally inclusive text messages with tips, health information, and reminders to support the health and wellbeing of children and their parents. Tailored messaging is also available to support parents or carers who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. The program has helped over 8,000 families since 2014.
