The role includes the following duties:
- welcoming patients, collecting, and entering personal information
- answering phones and responding to enquiries
- liaising with health care professionals
- appointment book management
- emailing, faxing, scanning
- opening and closing of the clinic.
This role will commence with 15-25 hours per week.
Flexibility is a must. A variety of shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and availability for a rotating Saturday shift in the future.
