The Speech Pathologist for the Ayr clinic will be an individual who seeks to join a team of like-minded Allied Health Professionals to uphold the vision of RAR Therapy - Making a difference, because every person matters. They will embody the values of Integrity, Working Together, Willingness and Courageous Wisdom in their delivery of quality Speech Pathology services with the support of the local multidisciplinary team and supervisory support from an experienced Speech Pathology Leader based in Townsville.

This position has traditionally delivered services to a paediatric caseload and is supported with many and varied opportunities to learn and grow in professional development across the lifespan if this aligns with the interests of the successful applicant.

Children and families with varied diagnoses access this service and the successful applicant will deliver services in a flexible manner utilising varied therapeutic approaches which align with strengths based, family centered practice and are evidence based.
