Cardwell Family Practice are looking for someone with a passion to work in a rural general practice to provide nursing care and support to patients at their busy practice in Cardwell that supports two (2) full-time GPs. Experience in chronic disease management and care planning is essential. Training provided.

• Chronic disease management and care planning.
• Children and adult immunisations and other injections.
• Wound management.
• ECGs, Holter’s, ABI's, Audiometry.
• Collection of pathology samples. 
• Assist doctors with clinical procedures and maintain clinical documentation.
• Explain procedures to patients, providing them with support and reassurance. 
• Conduct preventative/screening procedures.
