Eastbrooke Family Clinic (EFC) Townsville are looking for a vibrant and experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse (EN) who possesses the following key attributes:

• RN or EN with two plus years' clinical experience, however EFC are happy to train the right candidate
• enjoys working with GPs
• able to demonstrate leadership and work within a high calibre collegiate healthcare team
• experienced with Best Practice (desirable, not mandatory)
• experienced in Chronic Disease Management (Care Plans and Health Assessments).

Position

EFC are seeking a Casual Registered or Enrolled Nurse to work at their Townsville clinic for casual employment. Workplace uniforms will be provided. The nurse role will report to the Practice Manager and nurse in charge of the centre.
