Health Practitioner

The Department of Education (the Department) is seeking a Health Practitioner (General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner) to provide a service 1 day per week, to students within the school-based clinic at Heatley State School as part of the Health Practitioners in Primary Schools Program (HPPS).

October 2024 start, with contract negotiable to December 2027.
