We are well established mixed billing, friendly practice located in tropical cairns in Far North Queensland and are seeking a full time/part time General Practitioner (GP). Desirable applicants should have at least two years of GP experience. The practice is co-located with pathology, Allied Health, and Dentist with nursing and support staff. We offer flexible working hours with high earning potential with an attractive percentage on offer.

Minimum earning will be in line with Medical Practitioner Award - Community Medical Practitioner pay point 1 ($94,176).

  • Full time, Fixed term until 30 June 2025.
  • Based in Cairns.
  • Salary range: $130,000-$140,000.

The Nurse Practitioner Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) provides comprehensive, collaborative advanced nursing care to patients with RHD and their families. 

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the relevant specialty of cardiology and hold a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner), or an equivalent postgraduate qualification required for Nurse Practitioner Endorsement with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
